Procurement Logistics Officer

Overview

• Knowledge of opening TT/LC banking process (Local India & Third country)
• Custom tariff knowledge (HSN & Duty calculation)
• Maintain good relationships with vendors/subcontractor and supplier (India & Nepal)
• Attend vendor meetings
• Shipment booking knowledge (Road Sea & Air)
• Responsible for tracking receiving and stocking all items ordered
• Review supplier proposals and invoices.
• Manage claims and losses.
• Coordinate with staff operations personnel and outside agencies to ensure materials and services are available when needed.

• Proven experience in procurement logistics
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and control
