Your Tasks

As a Student Operations Assistant your responsibilities will include:

• Update customer information from Slack or emails.

• Manage customer fleet data to ensure proper assignment and location.

• Handle email communication and customer support inquiries.

• Initiate calls to customers for setting appointments.

• Conduct data management tasks and clean up.

• Assist in warehouse operations including order shipping packing and unpacking.

• Maintain order and stock tracking within our Warehouse Management System.

What you bring to the table

• You show initiative enjoy accountability and have a solutionoriented way of working.

• You have excellent communication skills and a good level of Dutch and English.

• You have an interest and enthusiasm for sustainable mobility and cycling.
