- To ensure All speed matrices like Service Level and Overall Fulfilment for all hiring requirements across verticals
- Manage Cost Matrices across both Talent Acquisition lines frontline and lateral hiring
- Own up talent quality projects eg Infant Attrition Control
- Champion Digital Recruitment Marketing efforts
- Manage stakeholder satisfaction through timely delivery and proactive engagement governance
- To Pioneer campus / university hiring across all verticals
- Responsible to hire especially abled and diverse work force
- Run quarterly improvement projects to show considerable improvements in special skills hiring
- Create and invest in Alternate channel development (non cost) that improves hiring speed
- Advocate and implement process modifications to achieve cost optimization
- Champion market mapping and strategic sourcing efforts Improve candidate experience as a natural outcome of efficient process management
Exposure Good to have: Experience in US Healthcare specific hiring will be an added advantage.
Capability must have:
- Solid TA operating capability volume and lateral both
- Talent research capabilities
- Market mapping experience
- Exposure to digital recruitment marketing
