Location of role: Hybrid and Remote ideally in the Illinois Wisconsin area

Salary 50K to 65K base salary Depending on experience DOE

Key Points of the role:

Property/Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative remote or hybrid in northern suburbs

3 years of P&C insurance industry experience and familiarity with Agency Management System (AMS 360) or Vertafore required.

Should have P&C license or ability and experience to obtain a license.

Will take customer calls document and respond both verbally and in writing.

Should have strong problem solving and customer service skills.
