Job Title: SAP PS Consultant

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for project management processes.
• Configure and customize SAP PS module to align with projectspecific needs.
• Provide expertise in project planning budgeting resource management and scheduling within SAP PS.
• Lead and coordinate SAP PS implementation projects ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
• Conduct workshops training sessions and knowledge transfer to end users and project teams.
• Support ongoing maintenance enhancements and upgrades of the SAP PS module.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including functional specifications and test plans.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate SAP PS with other modules and external systems.
• Perform troubleshooting issue resolution and support for SAP PSrelated problems.
• Stay updated with SAP PS best practices trends and new technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
• 5 years of experience in SAP Project System implementation configuration and support.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP project management tools and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of project management principles methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Certification in SAP PS or relevant SAP modules is preferred.
• Experience in leading and managing project teams with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders users and technical teams.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP PS and other SAP modules such as FICO MM and SD.
• Experience in business process analysis mapping and optimization.
• Proficient in enduser training documentation and support activities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding of SAP Fiori SAP HANA and cloudbased solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a customeroriented mindset.
