Our client an AIpowered IT staffing and IT recruiting company on the mission to reimagine how businesses harness talent is looking for experienced Sales Account Executive (Remote in the US). You will play a crucial role in the company by generating new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients. You will work closely with Csuite and recruiters to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth. This remote US position requires a selfstarter who is comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:
- Quota/KPIs for your first 3 months: generate 1015 open IT roles to fill
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed agreedupon sales targets
- Generate negotiate and close deals with new clients and upsell existing accounts
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to provide tailored IT recruitment solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and build longterm relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years in full sales cycle roles (from prospecting to closing)
- Proven successful track record in IT Staffing IT Recruiting sales
- Knowledge of different IT roles programming languages and IT recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using CRM LinkedIn and other sales tools and software
- Resultsdriven and goaloriented mindset
- Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
- Be comfortable working remotely and across different time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years in IT Staffing IT Recruitment
- Book of business with hiring managers (CTO CIO HRD)
