Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Philippines
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team focusing on engaging with candidates in the Philippines. The preferred candidate should possess 23 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment sector and should be adept at conducting calls and using various technological tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Leverage ATS for efficient candidate tracking and management.
  • Conduct comprehensive paperscreening assessments.
  • Utilize effective communication through calls and SMS to engage with potential candidates.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to align candidate expectations with company offerings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and refine job requirements.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Handson experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in endtoend recruitment processes.
  • Strong paperscreening skills to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective engagement.
  • Negotiation skills to manage salary expectations and offers.
  • Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with job boards social media and other recruitment platforms.
  • Highspeed internet connection (30mbps up) and a dedicated home office setup including a Mac or PC computer with a minimum 1.0ghz dualcore processor 8GB RAM and the latest version of MS Office installed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant fields such as Human Resources Psychology or any related field (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of US endtoend recruitment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing techniques is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Uptodate knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
