Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to our Attorney and Paralegals handling daily office requirements and overseeing general administrative tasks for our company. In addition this role serves as a receptionist welcoming all visitors to the firm.
Responsibilities:
- It include answering phones on behalf of the entire staff scheduling appointments managing file openings and closures processing documents preparing binders for appointments and gathering information from clients both over the phone and in person to facilitate the firms assistance.
- Given that some clients navigate sensitive situations displaying authenticity compassion and adaptability is crucial for effective support.
- Moreover a deep understanding of and the ability to articulate the significance of our services to clients is essential.
- Our firm specializes in asset protection planning/medicaid planning estate planning and estate administration.
