Title: PeopleSoft CRM Systems Analyst

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in PeopleSoft CRM modules including but not limited to Sales Marketing Customer Service and Interaction Management.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft tools such as Application Designer PeopleCode Component Interface Integration Broker and Workflow.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture database schema and underlying technologies such as Oracle database and SQL.
• Experience with PeopleSoft customization configuration and integration with other systems.
• Understanding of CRM processes and practices including customer relationship management sales automation and campaign management.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and strategies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure PeopleSoft CRM modules accordingly.
• Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in CRM processes.
• Excellent problemsolving skills to address system issues and propose effective solutions.
• Capability to assess the impact of changes on existing systems and processes in the context of CRM.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels including business users IT teams and management.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including developers testers and project managers.
• Proficiency in conducting training sessions and creating documentation for endusers and support teams.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools with a focus on CRM system implementations and upgrades.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a remote work environment.
• Understanding of project lifecycle phases and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Information Technology or related field.
• Relevant certifications in PeopleSoft CRM administration implementation or customer relationship management are often preferred or required.
• Previous experience in implementing customizing or supporting PeopleSoft CRM solutions.
• Familiarity with integrating PeopleSoft CRM with other enterprise systems such as ERP marketing automation or sales force automation platforms.
