Data control lead

Liaise with relevant support groups to deliver and configure data management tools to support management of data through the project lifecycle. Ensure successful and regular data validation / business assurance and handover to Operations. Maintain the project reference data libraries for each dataoriented application ensuring maximum alignment to the Global RDL (Reference Data Library). Ensure that Data Management Plans are developed & implemented by the major execution contractors and equipment vendors. Manage collection integration and validation of data from contractors and/or internal project stakeholders into central data repository. Develop prepare and issue data reports (progress of data delivery per contractor). Prepare Data handover to all parties i.e. Commissioning OR&A Operations relevant to the handover needs of the next project phase. Provide onboarding training for project team members dealing with Data Control. Responsible for implementation of data management rules and guidance of CFIHOS for the implementation of Project Master Tag Register and Project Data Warehouse Coordinate with Engineering disciplines on Data management functions and Data submission related aspects Strong handson experience in Data Management processes that enable consistency across lifecycle Information Management execution from Engineering to final handover Strong handson experience in Data Visualization Systems Design implementation and customization. coordination of Project Delivery Systems across various Departments and Disciplines for the execution of the project: Supplier Document Management Project Systems and Services and Information Management (Data integration Warehousing and Final project handover) Data activities related Problemsolving including discussions with other team members clients and potentially with vendors to identify sources of missing data Plan & provide training to newly onboarded data controllers/team members Proactive automation approach for data scrapping activities Able to create dynamic reports for business

Previously worked as Data control lead for Oil & Gas Asset management team Experience on building/managing any EDMS/CMMS application preferable Any Engineering Data Warehouse (EDW) system checklist VTL process knowing preferable
