Transition Support Services Consultants may be called upon to participate in transitioning the work to or from another Consultant for previous work performed in RD and within the scope of this BPA. Working with government representatives and the incoming or outgoing Consultant team Consultants shall plan and execute an orderly transition with transparent transfer of documentation and knowledge.
For Call order transitionin situations the incoming Consultant will be expected to be fully onboarded ramped up and familiar with work baselines products and status within 30 days of a Consultants suitability entry on duty (EOD) date. A transitionin plan will be required within 10
business days after Call order period of performance begins. The transitionin plan can later be updated and refined as part of a project plan package including a proposed integrated master schedule (IMS).
In Call order transitionout situations the outgoing Consultant will be expected to provide a thorough transitionout plan no later than 45 calendar days prior to the end of the Call order period of performance. The outgoing Consultant will freeze the work baseline and conduct a joint audit of work status and accomplishments with the Government 30 calendar days prior to the end of the period of performance unless a different timeframe is discussed and approved by the Call Order COR.
