Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute performance tests for various software applications
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks
• Develop and execute load testing scenarios
• Create performance testing scripts
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance
• Provide recommendations for performance improvements
• Monitor system performance during load tests
• Document and report test results and performance findings
• Troubleshoot and debug performance issues
• Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in performance testing and load testing
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner JMeter or NeoLoad
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics
• Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and principles
• Relevant certifications in performance testing or software testing
