الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and increase market share in the textile industry.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the company's e-commerce platforms, including the website, mobile app, and third-party marketplaces.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between e-commerce, marketing, sales, and operations departments.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across online channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, forecast revenue projections, and track key performance metrics to measure success and ROI.
- Collaborate with product development and merchandising teams to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management for online sales channels.
- Ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers by continuously improving website usability, navigation, and functionality.
- Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices in the textile industry. Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance the company's online presence and competitiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platform providers, technology vendors, and industry partners.
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to drive individual and team success.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and networking opportunities within the textile sector.
