الوصف الوظيفي

  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS), and timely reporting.

  2. Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording transactions, posting debits and credits, and reconciling accounts. This includes managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

  3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts by analyzing historical data, identifying trends, and projecting future financial performance. Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysis.

  4. Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax returns. Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.

  5. Audit Support: Assist in the preparation for external audits or internal audits by providing supporting documentation, reconciliations, and explanations of financial transactions. Address auditor inquiries and recommendations for improving internal controls.

  6. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to assess the financial health and performance of the organization. Interpret financial data, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to support decision-making by management.

  7. Cost Accounting: Track and analyze costs associated with production, operations, or projects. Calculate cost of goods sold (COGS), overhead costs, and other cost metrics to evaluate profitability and inform pricing decisions.

  8. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing financial reporting, tax filings, and other financial activities. This includes staying updated on changes in regulations and advising management on compliance matters.

  9. Financial Management: Assist in financial planning and resource allocation by providing financial analysis, budget recommendations, and strategic advice. Help optimize cash flow, manage working capital, and maximize return on investment.

  10. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. This may involve assessing credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, or operational risk and implementing controls to manage risk exposure.

  11. Systems and Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve accounting systems, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls. Automate routine tasks where possible to streamline operations.
