Job Summary:

This role is responsible for building partnerships and driving value to satisfy and elevate our technology portfolio. The position provides strategic guidance for our IT/OT initiatives and roadmaps the future state of technology. This role also drives continuous improvement to business processes and proactively senses and anticipates changes affecting strategy in the environmental landscape including organizational improvements technological advancements and evolving organization needs.

Some of the oversight functions of this position move to the support organization at the end of implementation (e.g. help desk knowledge management business consulting and training). This includes ensuring project results are of the highest caliber with an articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit/value realization.

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing all facets of technology enablement initiatives including the overall approach major time frames and the definition of major deliverables to address and meet the desired goals and outcomes
• Responsible for overseeing program communications. Leads interactions with the business sponsors to inform alert negotiate and maintain a continuing good relationship and shared vision for the program outcome including identifying program changes and developing appropriate approaches to address
• Know when to push an agenda and when to let a situation quietly develop rest or advance
• Ability to focus on purpose value and results rather than solutions
• Able to develop 35 year roadmaps for a team/function
• Able to identify the need for and develop efficient processes by engaging with the appropriate people

Additional Job Description:

Education required:

• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems Computer Science Information Technology or a related discipline.

Preferred Education:

• Masters degree in information systems Computer Science Information Technology or a related discipline preferred.

Experience required:

• Experience in project delivery and process improvement including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Strong communication skills in writing speaking and presenting
• Strong humility listening creativity and negotiation skills
• Skilled and experienced in conflict negotiation and problemsolving

Preferred Experience :

• 57 years of experience in the IT OT Industry and leadership responsibility managing at the project level midsize to large teams and influencing seniorlevel management and key stakeholders

• Agile Scrum Master Certifications
• BRMP Certification
• PMP
