Develop and execute a strategic communication & PR plan to enhance the company's corporate image and reputation.
Manage and maintain positive relationships with media contacts influencers andkey stakeholders to secure media coverage and maximize brand exposure.
Responsible for creating engaging content for various channels including pressreleases articles blog posts social media posts and website content in coordination
with respective agencies and partners
Plan and coordinate media events press conferences to generate media interest andcoverage for the company and the brand
Support our CSR partner (MMF) for Digital marketing content strategy Social media management and other marketing & communication activities
Monitor media coverage and social media conversations to identify trends opportunities and potential risks and develop appropriate responses.

Employer branding & Internal communications

Develop and manage internal communication and employer branding strategies
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide communication support for various internal activities and initiatives

Create employer branding campaigns and content in line with the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of the organisation and its further deployment on Social media and other professional networks.
Create and implement ideas for employee engagement and activations.
To work towards making Finolex Pipes & Fittings a preferred employer in the industry and across other sectors

Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging communication
technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
