Our client is a leading manufacturer of biodiesel fuel derived from used cooking oil. We are expanding our operations in Kolkata and are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Officer to join our team.

Job Description:
As a Field Sales Officer you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and maintaining relationships with existing clients who supply us with used cooking oil. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring new clients fostering strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring smooth collection processes for the used cooking oil.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect identify and acquire new clients who can supply used cooking oil.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Conduct regular visits to clients premises for oil collection and to address any concerns or queries.
  4. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient collection of used cooking oil.
  5. Keep abreast of industry trends market developments and competitor activities.
  6. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities client feedback and market insights.
  7. Participate in promotional events exhibitions and industry conferences to showcase our products and services.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for our client embodying our values of sustainability and environmental responsibility.
  9. Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales preferably in the renewable energy sector or related industries.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Possession of a twowheeler and a valid drivers license.
  7. Familiarity with the Kolkata market and its dynamics is advantageous.
  8. Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation.
  9. Willingness to travel extensively within Kolkata and nearby areas.
