IT Support Specialist

Job Mission

You will be the second to join the IT support team reporting into the IT team Lead based in Stockholm. You will need to be located ideally in either Berlin or Stockholm and be willing to work onsite or hybrid since a crucial part of this job is full user life cycle management which requires both software and hardware IT support.

Maintenance of Okta & other SaaS Application environments. You will help with permission configurations troubleshooting performing backups monitoring usage and auditing activities.

Analysing and process improvements. You will be analysing existing SaaS application environments and suggest improvements or new functionalities.

Stakeholder management. You will work with various Stakeholders to meet operational requirements within SaaS capabilities and features primarily Okta and Google Workspace.

User life cycle management. You will handle the full IT lifecycle of joiners and leavers at Tibber in an HRdriven setup. Eg. coordinating onboarding equipment setup with new joiners.

Ongoing IT support. You will offer daily enduser support for everyday ITrelated issues.

Ideal Profile

Relevant experience. Ideally you have 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in a similar organisation.

Technical skills. We use Okta Google Workspace Workspace One Slack and Notion. Ideally you have experience in these or similar.

Honest and transparent. You should underpromise and overdeliver to avoid the organisation having unrealistic expectations of you.

Adaptable and flexible. You should enjoy working with various stakeholders across all levels. Sometimes your work will be reactive and you should understand that some things cant be done proactively.

Industry and scaleup expertise. Experience in a scaleup/startup environment is necessary. Understanding the energy industry is a bonus.

Culturally in sync. Curious and collaborative mindset with a bold yet humble approach to IT support.
