Position: Registered Nurse Days Elderly Care
Location: Fareham Hampshire
Salary: £21.51 per hour
Hours: Parttime and Fulltime
Shifts: Days

Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a leading care home provider to recruit Registered Nurses for their beautiful Nursing Home based in Fareham Hampshire.

Interview Process:
The interview process will be in a twostage format.
- Stage One Telephone call interview with the Internal Recruiter
- Stage Two – Inperson interview with the Home Manager
The Candidate:
Working within a team of amazing Nurses and Carer’s you’ll be responsible for the health and wellbeing of the homes residents applying sound clinical judgement to manage a wide variety of conditions including dementia. You will lead and empower colleagues to provide outstanding individualised nursing care and regularly updating personcentred care plans.
Requirements:
- You will be a registered nurse RGN RMN or RNLD with Clinical skills and will have a valid NMC pin.
- You will be passionate about caring for the elderly and always strive to provide great quality care making every day better than the last; promoting our core values: maintaining independence and dignity to our service users.
- You’ll be up to date with current evidencebased practice and have a working knowledge of Care Inspectorate Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality.
- You will be a team player demonstrating outstanding communication skills and will be able to demonstrate effective teamwork as part of a multidisciplined team as a Registered Nurse.
