Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job
The diversity and complexity of our IT services keep growing. At the same time we must guarantee our delivery quality and control costs.
In this context finding the right people to deal with these challenges is key.
The IT Sourcing Management team takes this up by implementing a sourcing strategy with an optimal mix of internal and external contractors and partner companies (locally and globally).
For these subjects we are the SPOC toward IT management and our main IT partners.
We work closely with our Central Purchasing Office (CPO) Legal and IT Performance Management teams.
Have you got experience in an IT delivery role in a medium to large IT department and are you also interested in the processes behind the screens
Do you have in particular a deep expertise on how to manage IT Sourcing Partners for a large organization (multivendors main vendor)
Do you have deep expertise in working with Indian offshore delivery Do you want to help us defining the IT Sourcing for the next 510 years optimizing the use of our Internals Contractors and the main IT Partners (offshore nearshore local).
Then you are the ideal candidate to reinforce our IT Sourcing Management team.
Your main tasks:
You participate in the definition of our short/long term IT Sourcing strategy and its business case
You clarify the roles and responsibilities of IT Sourcing team versus the main Services Delivery managers of the IT organization (who is following the statement of work who is escalating when not delivering who is reporting on the budget
You understand the main service agreement with our IT main Partners and can follow the obligations of our IT main Partners.
You manage the SLA and KPI of our IT main Partner and propose evolution of them in order to generate more values based on your expertise.
You expand and improve reporting on our IT population (internal Externis and Partner) in cooperation with other teams involved
You document IT Sourcing processes and help optimise them. You contribute to the eduction and the communication on the IT Sourcing strategy.
You are responsible for executing several Sourcing processes such as the recurring audit of our IT Partners and external collaborators
Based on your experience and interest these responsibilities can be refined.
Requirements
Language :
Fluent in French
Good English and Dutch
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Midlevel (2 y 5 y)
You can treat confidential information discreetly
Work independently
Communication and collaboration
Propose creative solutions adapted to the context
Attention to detail
Experience working in a medium / large IT department
MS Office
