Senior Commercial Specialist - Renewables

• Act as a project director for large scale and complex projects including surveying obtaining planning and environmental consents.
  
• Manage long term service agreements and negotiation of contracts PPA and other service contracts for multiparty negotiations.
  
• Create a phased plan for demolition of older assets clearing sites for future development and creation of new assets in line with the business development strategy.
  
• Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the process and keeping all parties informed and up to date with developments.

Requirements

• 7 years relevant experience in contracts civil engineering or project management.
  
• Experience negotiation commercial contracts and PPA/LTSA.
• Transaction experience including working part of a multidisciplinary team managing multiple relationships across the business.
  
• Ability to prioritise work effectively in an environment with changing requirements and regulations for multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  
• Working knowledge of contractual issues related to large infrastructure projects.
