Project Manager Remote India

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing both IT and NonIT projects with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum Kanban and Lean principles.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders including CFOs and architects.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA Trello or Microsoft Project.
• Experience working in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on delivering highquality solutions that meet business objectives.
