Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract highquality candidates for various positions within the organization. Lead and manage a team of recruiters providing guidance support and coaching to ensure team success. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and selection criteria. Utilize a variety of recruiting methods including social media job boards networking and employee referrals to source candidates. Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine fit for specific roles and the organization. Manage the entire recruitment process including scheduling interviews coordinating candidate assessments and extending job offers. Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors to supplement internal recruiting efforts when necessary. Develop and implement metrics to track recruiting effectiveness including timetofill costperhire and candidate satisfaction. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruiting strategies in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize recruiting tools and technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations with a commitment to maintaining compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem solver with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to recruiting challenges.
