Responsibilities:
1. Manage the organizations payroll system including processing payroll preparing tax documents and resolving any payrollrelated issues
2. Ensure HR compliance with relevant laws and regulations (labor law compliances)
3. Monitor changes to payroll and HR compliance laws and regulations and ensure the organizations policies and procedures are up to date
4. Develop and implement payroll and HR compliance training programs for employees
5. Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including time and attendance benefits and tax information
6. Coordinate with other departments including finance and HR to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and compliancerelated tasks
7. Provide excellent customer service to employees by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
8. Prepare and submit regular reports on payroll and HR compliance activities to management
9. Manage the work of direct reports including performance management coaching and development.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in accounting business HR or a related field
2. 5 years of experience in payroll and HR compliance including experience managing a team
3. Strong understanding of payroll and HR compliance laws and regulations
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
5. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
7. Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
8. Strong Excel implementation skills
9. Strong work ethic
