Looking for a resource with total experience of (36 years) and relevant product manager (03 yrs exp) with a hunger for innovation a passion for rapid learning and an unwavering commitment to delivering results. Roorides is a 4yearold software division of NVS Travel Solutions. Which is a 17yearold logistics firm that caters to over 30 schools and corporations which includes thousands of employees and parents currently resulting in over 20000 active users. Our application is also used by over 1000 bluecollar stakeholders like site supervisors drivers and attenders. We pride ourselves on providing a topnotch featurerich product with exceptional code quality. We are a 7 member highly passionate agile team focused on building new technology solutions for the transportation industry. We are rapidly expanding to top schools corporations and new cities keeping kids safe employees reaching the office on time and parents reassured. Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure Product Success
- Define track and achieve product goals.
- Ensure product releases are bugfree and on schedule.
- Track Competition Market and Business goals and strategize to keep the product relevant.
Job Role:
- Conduct daily scrum track sprint status identify blockers & expedite their resolution.
- Conduct weekly sprint reviews/ retrospectives identify & address areas for improvement.
- Capture & understand user challenges and scope for improvement by seizing opportunities to interact with users.
- Translate user requirements by writing great user stories on JIRA and assign a relevant priority based on your understanding of business goals and resource availability. Wireframe as required to communicate requirements effectively.
- Understanding Effort v/s reward of feature requests their dependencies and timelines. And make rational decisions rooted in the same.
- Perform close followups where required with an attitude of extreme ownership.
PreRequisite Experience with:
- Leading Initiatives & making decisions under time pressure.
- Working with multidisciplinary teams.
- JIRA
- Wireframing and writing user stories.
- Analysing priorities based on objectives and constraints
- Organising information
- Designing process
- Effectively communicating instructions and providing feedback to team members both in oral and written formats.
