We are seeking a skilled and proactive Purchase Executive to manage our procurement processes and ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services required by the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

*Responsibilities:*
1. Source and procure goods materials and services required by the organization ensuring timely delivery and costeffectiveness.
2. Identify potential suppliers conduct supplier evaluations and negotiate terms and contracts to achieve favorable pricing quality and delivery terms.
3. Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and inventory levels and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements and develop procurement strategies to meet those needs.
5. Monitor market trends supplier performance and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings process improvements and supplier diversification.
6. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of purchased items and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
7. Manage vendor relationships address any concerns or disputes and work towards building longterm partnerships based on mutual trust and respect.
8. Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in procurement and ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and ethical standards.

*Qualifications:*
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
3. Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
4. Solid understanding of procurement processes sourcing strategies and contract management principles.
5. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
6. Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
8. Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g. CSCP CPIM CPM) is a plus.
