The Business Development Executive role
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling operational services and a proven track record of developing successful customer relationships. Working closely with our recruitment team and account managers you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and meeting the varied requirements of our clients.

The Business Development Executive role

Key responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry who could benefit from our services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific challenges.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Actively participate in industry events conferences and networking opportunities to promote our services and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends market developments and competitor activities.
Benefits:

Salary: 25000 Plus uncapped commission
Hours: MondayFriday 9am5pm
