Must have : Experience in LOYALTY CLOUDDevelopment LWCIntegrationTriggersApex

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements for loyalty programs.
  
• Design and configure loyalty programs using Salesforce Loyalty Cloud to meet client needs.
  
• Customize and integrate Salesforce Loyalty Cloud with other Salesforce products and thirdparty systems.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications solution designs and implementation plans.
  
• Provide training and support to clients on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud functionality and best practices.
  
• Work closely with developers and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of loyalty solutions.
  
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to loyalty programs and Salesforce technology.
