Senior Human Resources Generalist - Union

Our client a Consumer Packaging company that has been in business for 100 years is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist.

The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for processing biweekly salary payroll administration of employee benefits and recruitment of salary employees.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete the biweekly salary payroll and all reporting that is associated with it
• Benefit administration for new hires and existing employees
• Recruiting for salary associates
• Responsible for annual open enrollment
• Responsible for processing attendance monthly performance evaluations and corrective counseling
• Responsible for updating and issuing staffing and turnover reports
• Assist in establishing a culture of openness honesty and integrity through solid associate relation practices and communication by supported fair and consistent practices
• Assist with coordinating company events
• Assist with completion of required reports such as ACA FAS and EEOC
• Other duties as assigned

Bachelors with 57 years of experience as a Generalist with payroll processing and benefits administration as a strength.

Experience in Manufacturing
