RPA Engineer

Job description:

• This resource will become part of the Production Support team supporting the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) environment.
• The RPA Process Controllers primary responsibility is to support and administer the daytoday running of RPA processes in the production environment.
• The objective of this role is to manage the virtual workforce (robots) in production and to ensure the stability of the Robotic environments.
• Controllers review process support documentation troubleshoot issues communicate with process owners and continue to improve support processes internally within RPA and to Clients.
• The RPA Controllers monitor and manage Bots and automated processes on the UiPath and Blue Prism Application Platforms.

• Assist in developing automation solutions and software to better manage the growing digital workforce.
• The Controller will maintain the schedule manage automation release schedules and facilitate the success of the support team by working to improve processes and tools used by Controllers.
• Will be part of the RPA Design authority to ensure that the automation added to the Platform meet standards that will ensure efficient support.
