Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst with a specialized focus on housing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing housingrelated data understanding market trends and providing strategic insights to drive business success. This position involves working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the effective implementation of housing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct indepth analysis of housing market data to identify trends opportunities and potential risks.
• Utilize statistical methods to interpret complex data sets related to housing projects.
• Provide actionable insights to support decisionmaking processes.
• Stay informed about current housing market conditions competitor activities and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the research team to gather and analyze data that influences housing strategies.
• Requirements Gathering:
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and housing project requirements.
• Document and communicate clear detailed business requirements to support effective project planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements in housingrelated workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline housing project processes.
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the progress of housing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration Finance or related field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Knowledge of housing market trends regulations and best practices (at least 2 years)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
