Business Analyst SAP Procure to Pay

As an IT Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Procure to Pay implementation you will play a critical role in the successful deployment of SAP solutions to streamline our procurement and payment processes. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including procurement finance IT and external vendors to gather requirements design solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business requirements related to procuretopay processes.

2. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure SAP modules accordingly.

3. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where existing processes diverge from SAP best practices and recommend solutions to bridge these gaps.

4. Play a part in solution design workshops providing direction on SAP capabilities and industry best practices.

5. Configure and customize SAP MM (Materials Management) and FI (Finance) modules to meet business requirements ensuring adherence to SAP implementation methodologies.

6. Assist with the development of test plans conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the effectiveness of configured solutions.

7. Provide enduser training and support during the transition to new SAP processes and systems.

8. Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks escalate issues as needed and ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

9. Stay current with SAP technology advancements and industry trends to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant with a focus on SAP implementations specifically within the procuretopay domain minimum 3 years.
• Good knowledge of SAP MM and FI modules including configuration customization and integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
