Jr Front End Engineer

Responsibilities:

Key job responsibilities Design and implement Mobile Web Apps and native apps for Communications and Services. Partner with stakeholder engineering teams for crossteam projects Drive web and app development best practices within the team Basic qualifications 4 years of noninternship professional front end web or mobile software development using JavaScript HTML and CSS experience 5 years of frontend developer creating prototypes or wireframes for enterprise web applications or workflows experience Experience developing with MVC/MVM frameworks (e.g. React.JS AngularJS Vue) Preferred qualifications Knowledge of web services technologies such as SOAP HTTP WSDL XSD and REST Experience in a broad range of software design approaches and common UX patterns.

Key job responsibilities:

1) Modify maintain and validate business related configurations (such as catalog ordering billing notifications tax payments accounting finance) to satisfy Kuiper business requirements.

2) Communicate with partner teams to ensure country specific configuration are in place and working.

3) Develop tools and automate manual operational tasks and easy maintenance of our services.

4) Read and understand complex application code and make code fixes to resolve support issues. Able to deliver software independently when needed.

5) Software deployment support in staging and production environments.

6) Build monitoring metrics dashboard and report System health and Support status metrics.

Basic qualifications:

• 3 years of software development or 3 years of technical support experience
• Experience scripting in modern program languages
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of web services distributed systems and web application development
• Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID
• Experience with REST web services XML JSON
• Working knowledge of AWS products and technologies (EC2 S3 Lambda Docker etc.)
