Business Process Engineer

Main responsibilities.

Responsible for locally operationalizing of the master 18month schedule.

Providing progress reporting to the team and reporting to the Steering team on the milestone actions

. Responsible for keeping all stakeholder teams aligned and focused on the common strategy and goal. This will be weekly meetings and reports.

Responsible to flag any challenges pulling in the right teams from the centre to assist where required.

Key challenges will include process change management onshore and offshore stakeholder alignment and technology maturation.Key challenge is also unconscious bias to software platforms regardless of cost of ownership.

Skills and QualitiesStrategy / Plan Working with the team Take exiting material developed in the identify phase to deepen both the strategy and the corresponding plan. Detailing resource effort and cost.People Strong safety leadership Stakeholder Management Strong verbal and graphical communicator Appreciation and honesty with people valuing diverse opinion. Good communication and team skills. Ability to foster collaborative work environment and relationships Change management strategy / deployment experience Working in a local / virtual team with a mix culture and time zones. Develop training material in (partnership with existing teams) Develop onboarding material (in partnership with existing teams)Process Document existing processes. Map new workflows and or changes to existing processes. Develop Library of use cases.Technology Understand technology Formats for the Visual repository. Identify phase should have identified locations of all data sets and current customers of the data sets and keep this up to date as new scans are created. Understanding of project controls systems and KPIs / tools to measure progress. Experienced in procurement processes for longlead items & Vendor packages Experienced in contract management as a Contract Holder (or similar) Proactive approach to problem solving. Demonstrates and motivates drive and enthusiasm. Able to define and communicate fitforpurpose approaches Previous experience of delivering within decommissioning
