Role Description: Issue Validation: Experience in IT Audit testing IT knowledge is a must Experience in Control & Transactional testing (Test of Design (ToD) and Test of Operating Effectiveness (ToE)) Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) & ability to facilitate walkthrough sessions Auditing & Testing experience required Experience in ToD & ToE and creating work papers for SLOD Perform evaluation of issue artifacts to determine if the business ahs met the obligation of the requirements Determine if the risk identified by the previous testing has been mitigated Document all processes taken in the evaluation of the issues artifactsReperformance Testing: Experience in IT Audit testing IT knowledge is a must Experience in ToD & ToE and creating work papers for SLOD Review test procedure of first & second line testing to ensure that tests follow protocols of both departments Review exhibits provided by first line tester to ensure documentation is of quality and can be done again by the third party Analyze testing workbook to ensure ToE & ToD procedures were followed appropriately and documented with quality so it can be duplicated Reperform the test using attributes developed by the first line tester to determine if the results can be replicated Document finding for program office to review
