Qualifications:

• Recent college degree will be considered in lieu of experience.
• Numeric figure aptitude.
• Proficiency in MS 365 Applications (Excel Outlook Word Teams).
• High School diploma.
• A minimum of 1 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Cash Applications or within an accounting environment is required.
• Ability to learn and become proficient in new and proprietary software systems.
• Effectively prioritizes workload/time management excellent verbal and written communication/customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform reconciliations of cash received and all adjustments on a specified number of contracts.
• Quantify billings and cash receipts related to 100% financed assets and items.
• Apply adjustments and credits to accounts as approved by Manager or other approved personnel. This would include refund requests on behalf of customers.
• Provide reports and supporting documentation required by personnel within the company and for auditors.
• Perform other functions that may be inherent in the position and special projects as directed by Manager.
