Role: ServiceNow SAMPro Architect

Must Have:

• ServiceNow SAMPro

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioural Competency):

• Minimum 8 years of ServiceNow Architect experience in Service Now SAM Pro Architecture (coding testing implementing maintaining and supporting changes) in the application.
• Minimum 3 full ServiceNow implementations Working knowledge of all ServiceNow/ITIL modules (HAM SAM Pro ITOM Orchestration CSDM)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAM Pro (Software Asset Management) lifecycle is a must.
• Working knowledge of all ServiceNow/ITIL modules (HAM SAM ITOM Orchestration CSDM)
• Good Knowledge of ServiceNow Core functionality e. Creating project and application architecture deliverables that are consistent with architecture principles standards methodologies and best practices.
• Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
• Excellent attention to details ability to multitask and effective time management skills
• Understand full application lifecycle ServiceNow Certifications

Good to have:

• Communicate with managers end users and process owners frequently to establish requirements and guide development
• Working knowledge of functionality of web applications
• Analytical problemsolving skills and passion for quality
• Proactive communication skills (oral and written)
• Comfortable w/ Agile and Waterfall project management
