Hiring for Desktop Support at Austin TX
Job Description
Strong understanding of SCCM with advanced knowledge of application deployment patch management operating system deployment client and server maintenance troubleshooting and reporting.
Experience creating collections packages applications within SCCM
Should have strong experience in SCCM 2007 & 2012
Experience in installation of Microsoft System Configuration Manager.
Indepth knowledge of SCCM client installation software distribution remote control and other SCCM issues.
Expertise in SCCM Administration deployment packaging network inventory boundaries installer and network designing.
Experience in deploying troubleshooting and managing Windows devices
Must have excellent competency with SCCM WSUS and other patching tools.
Experience in supporting Windows Server
Good verbal/written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with associated computer systems endusers and coworkers.
Strong knowledge on Office 365 and Outlook related issues handling
Knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy Domain Services (such as Print DHCP DNS) and network connectivity.
Good experience in customer/partner/technical service related roles
Windows 10 / 7 skills and troubleshooting experience
Apple MAC devices skills and troubleshooting experience
Ensure that all system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved.
Application Packaging and Repackaging services
MSIX based application packages for new apps
Provisioning and Deprovisioning
Autopilot based device Provisioning
Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
