Position: Business Analyst in Commercial Auto Lending
Location: Irvine CA Onsite

Technical/Functional Skills

10years of experience as Business Analyst in Commercial Lending domain. Preferably experience in AutoFinance/Retail/Lease
Strong understanding of Commercial Vehicle lease/loan origination Servicing End of Term Collection and Remarketing.
Exposure to Equipment and Asset finance business processes and life cycle.
Fleet/Inventory finance exposure with large finance providers.
Experience with commercial auto lending systems and applications such as AutoIMS DealerTrack or Routeone is a plus.
Primary responsibility to gather analyse document and validate the needs of business stake holders.
Experience in managing requirements from project inception through release.
Conducting process study with business users to completely comprehend the workflow and identify gaps.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders.
Experience with agile methodology writing user stories product backlog sprint planning daily scrum sprint review and sprint retrospective.
