US - Finance Project Management Specialist - G02486

We need someone who is VERY proficient with Excel.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance do not need a CPA or MBA
25 years of experience in a high volume transaction company.
Has a financial background and managing a financial project.
Work with multi region employees to drive task completion.
This role will be comprised of a lot of manual work so someone who can consolidate data from manual sources formalize it and track progress to completion.
Able to do manual work pulling contracts reading them pulling royalty reports and converting to Excel.
Be able to manage a balance sheet where we have reserves and coordinate accounting activities with the accountants in Mexico.

DeLicense all 2022 and 2023 LPLS (Priority Help Needed)
Extract exclusive licensed parts from APLA.
Coordinate with Core licensing team Contracts and Legal to amend license agreements to remove parts.
Update royalty outlook for SRO 84 AOP coordinate with SLP Accounting team to reserve and pay.
If required participate in deintegration calls with buyer.
Work with GBE finance and SLP Accounting to identify correct COPA to transfer inventory/asset cash through SWITCH intercompany tool.
Monitor LPL Key Codes update forecasts as required. Begins in Q4 and needed for AOP.
Help pull Licensing data for LPL Keep Cases. Manually pull royalty reports provide analysis where needed.
Document DeLicense process (steps to delicense and who does what).
