US - Engineering Program Manager

Will be required to be onsite at least 3 days a week at the AZ43 site and two days may be remote.
Pay rate 7580 an hour.

The engineering program manager functions as both a mechanical systems engineer and a project manager leading an engineering work package. Familiar with standard concepts practices and procedures related to the development and certification of gas turbine engines. Works at the direction of the Project Engineering Team Lead on a large Auxiliary Power Unit development program. Directs functional engineers and laboratory support staff in the planning and execution of assigned analysis design or test activities. Drafts requirements verification documentation in the form of test or analysis reports. Owns assigned tasks and ensures ontime execution to schedule/milestones. Ensures qualification and requirements compliance efforts are completed on time and within budget. Requires a bachelors degree in engineering and experience in aerospace development programs.
