ServiceNow Developer

This is request for a contractor with specific skills in support of ServiceNow applications and specifically the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) application for multiple projects within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

• 6 years of experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration
• 5 years experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs) notifications and reporting
• Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 5 years experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
• 3 years experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST SOAP and other APIs.
• Ability to estimate software development efforts.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
