Project Manager role 40 Part-Time

Seeking a Senior Project Manager to help in managing internal projects around SCCM. The project manager will manage the internal projects accurately scoping requirements developing project plans defining goals and deliverables creating detailed roadmaps and organizing resources to reach project milestones for a successful ontime delivery.

• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Works with core project team (such as business partners vendors and technical team) to develop a comprehensive detailed actionable project schedule and work plan with clearly defined milestones and deliverables.
• Assigns tasks to the team and develops detailed and accurate work schedules project estimates and resource plans. Executes monitors and controls technical projects from original concept through final implementation.

• Track and report project performance against predefined metrics taking corrective actions if necessary to ensure the project is up to date and project documentation is accurately recorded.
• Manage potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them by monitoring risk factors creating risk management plans and coordinating the resolution of issues.
• Create weekly status reports for all projects managed. Provide project updates consistently communicate accurate and timely project accomplishments and overall project health to stakeholders via required measures and methods (such as status reports metrics checkpoints portfolio reports and scorecards)

• Drive projects and tasks to completion.

• 8 years of project management experience including infrastructure projects. Experience managing SCCM Projects is preferred but NOT a requirement.
• Experience in successfully leading and delivering projects and programs on time on schedule and within budget.
• Thorough knowledge of project management methods techniques and tools including MS Project Excel Word and PowerPoint
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to keep teams and projects on schedule.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
