SAP Finance Lead (CO)/ S4HANA experience must.

Job Description / Responsibilities:
8 years experience in various roles in the planning design and implementation of SAP
S/4HANA and ECC Cost Center Accounting Profit Center and Margin Analysis and Bank Management.
Exposure to SAP real estate management and project systems is beneficial.
Understand the integration with other key functions.
Specifically seeking experience in the Retail industry.
Exposure with REFX lease Management functionality will be added advantages.
Good Knowledge of REFX to COPA posting and integration including settlement rules PA settlement etc.
Experience working for a Tier 1 or specialist boutique systems integrator.
Demonstrated cross functional leadership i.e. ability to look at the endtoend process and understand how it fits together.
Excellent communication with clients on both the business and IT side.
Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops.
Demonstrate leadership experience in fullcycle SAP implementation projects.
Ability to guide and lead a team of specialists in configuring the finance process in SAP both onsite and offshore.
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders namely gain consensus and coordinate.
