Duration: 6 Months Project

About the Role:

We are looking for a Loss Control General Assistant for a 6month project in Martinez CA. This position supports the Loss Control department in implementing strategies to prevent accidents injuries and losses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and distribution of loss control materials and communications.
• Coordinate and schedule loss control inspections and audits.
• Compile data and assist in analyzing loss trends.
• Provide administrative support including document preparation and records management.
• Support the Loss Control team in projectbased work and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Risk Management or related field is a plus.
• 1 years of experience in an administrative or support role preferably in loss control or risk management.
• Basic understanding of loss control principles and practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
