Operations Manager - Metal Stamping - Fortune 500

Our client is an extremely well known F500 company with a manufacturing division located in the Pittsburgh area that needs an Operations Manager. This is a metal stamping operation of high repute with a global footprint.

The Operations Manager will

• lead the operational side of the business through its growth
• oversee 4 supervisors and 100 direct and indirect workers
• participate in planning and/or decision making in matters concerning financial and operational problems inventory control plant policy and facility/maintenance issues and staffing.
• coordinate execution of manufacturing schedules and priorities within the production plan to satisfy customer requirements.
• maintain and track adequate metrics to ensure levels of performance are known and improved upon.
• identify and implement methods and practices to achieve steady improvement in efficiency quality service and continuous improvement in operating profit
• do other fun and impactful things!

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree
• 5 years of experience in an Operations or Manufacturing environment
• 2 years of leadership experience
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future
