Focusing on UK and European markets our client is a boutique consultancy with a strong reputation in the csuit across Automotive Manufacturing Industrial and Life Sciences. Formed in 2018 they are a close team of 20 people including a search function.

Having built an established name they partner with some of the most progressive companies across the globe. There is a robust growth plan to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop relationships at CLevel focussing on retained and exclusive roles.

Remuneration

A healthy basic salary up to 45k per annum

Commission is paid at 15%35% over a small threshold.

There is a full benefits package in place which covers enhanced annual holidays and private healthcare.

Working environment

Hybrid working is offered to all with most choosing 34 days in the office.

You will have the full support of a research team who will conduct marketing mapping candidate approaches and industry analysis.

Ideal candidate

Someone who has worked CLevel roles on an international basis is highly desirable
