Hightekers was founded with the idea of supporting IT and Engineer freelancers to do what they do best. We are on a mission of supporting them with all the administrative management and leave them the independence and availability to focus on their projects.

Your mission: The Business Developer would play a key role in expanding the business on the B2B and B2C landscape while building relationships with new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling and advising our innovative services to IT Freelancer as well as organisations and recruitment agencies

  • Support in setting sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition

  • Developing a portfolio of prospects through different sources (Sales Navigator Networking etc) and followup

  • Managing the whole sales cycle from initial prospect to finalising and closing the deal

  • Analysing and understanding the need in order to propose appropriate solutions

  • Negotiating contracts with clients

  • Building and managing portfolios of clients across the appointed regions

  • Liaise and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of service provided

  • Participate in online and offline events

  • Ensuring the quality of the clients and consultants experience and the outreach of Hightekers in the B2B/B2C market


Profile:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish written and spoken is essential

  • Fluency in an additional European language (French Italian Portuguese Polish Dutch) will be an advantage

  • Previous experience in Sales Business Development in a B2B environment

  • Previous experience working in a similar industry (or umbrella EOR recruitment agency) is a must for the role

  • Proficient user of CRM system and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Wellspoken with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • A strong cando attitude and sales driven with the ability to manage time and different projects

  • Problemsolving skills

  • Previous leadership experience or eagerness to progress into a management role would be ideal for the role

  • Conflict management and resolution skills

  • Strong negotiation skills and team working spirit
