As an HR Generalist you will initiate outgoing calls to potential employees employing diverse sourcing techniques like job boards social media networking events and referrals to attract candidates for healthcare positions. • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  
• Two (2) years of customer service or sales experience.
  
• Preferred work experience in the healthcare or staffing environment.
  
• Preferred two (2) or four (4) year degree.
  
• Strong critical thinking skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with candidates clients hiring managers and team members.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  
• Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality talent within deadlines.
  
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  
• Strong customer service negotiating and interpersonal skills.
  
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

• Place outgoing calls to potential employees for recruiting purposes utilizing various sourcing techniques such as job boards social media networking events and referrals to attract candidates for healthcare positions.
  
• Accurately and thoroughly communicate all assignment and benefits details to travelers throughout the recruitment process to minimize travelerinitiated cancellations.
  
• Assist in the onboarding process for candidates by coordinating orientation sessions completing necessary paperwork and providing resources to help them smoothly integrate into their roles and the organization.
  
• Act as a consultant to nursing hiring managers providing guidance consistent with facility recruitment/HR policies and procedures as well as state and federal employment law.
  
• Place qualified candidates with current and new clients nationally by actively sourcing qualified candidates and maintaining a current database.
  
• Build and foster professional relationships with healthcare workers serving as a crucial career counselor and placement advisor throughout their employment with the company.
  
• Negotiate contract terms with candidates including offers of employment salary extensions benefits discussions and contract agreements between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure that offers align with both candidate expectations and organizational budget constraints.
  
• Resolve employment issues and escalate them as needed.
  
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs job requirements and organizational goals. Provide guidance and support in defining job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  
• Exercise salesappropriate strategies based on the needs of the healthcare professional.
  
• Meet and exceed the expected daily quotas as outlined for the Healthcare Recruiter.
  
• Conduct reference verifications.
  
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with evolving recruitment trends tools and techniques in the healthcare industry.
  
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
