EXPANSION: As part of our expansion plan, we require a “Business Development Manager" to join our team in Qatar. First Response Healthcare Center LLC (FRHC) Qatar, is part of the First Response Healthcare LLC a JCI-Accredited Doctor on Call, Home Healthcare and Ambulance service provider, headquartered in Dubai, UAE. He/ She will be responsible for the below role: JOB SUMMARY : • Prospect, identify, qualify, quantify and prioritize all potential referral sources in the assigned territory. • Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources. • Identify new business development opportunities in strategically defined territories, markets, and segments with the purpose of strengthening care coordination in order to address consumer needs. • Represent our healthcare facility by providing excellent customer service both internally and externally, using our system for contact generation, follow-up, and tracking to ensure client’s needs are appropriately supported. • Analyze referral data to track and respond to trends, sharing insights and market intelligence with clinical leaders. • Tracks marketing initiatives and prepares status reports for medical group and business development leadership review. • Create and maintain a healthy Client list of territory. • Make service agreements / contracts with Clients. • Send daily work report to reporting manager. • Resolve client queries and concerns. • Escalate any unresolved client concern to line manager immediately. • Qualify client list as A & B based on business potential. • Visit A Client at least twice a month. • Make a robust client database to conduct CRM activities. • Help conduct events at client site. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience • Experience in Healthcare and/ or Hospitality Industry if preferred • A good network of contacts with Hotels, Hospitals, Government Authorities, Home Healthcare, Corporate companies, Medical Centers, Wellness centers, Day surgery Hospitals and Hotels in Qatar. • Minimum of three (3) years documented experience in B2B sales, referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships in Qatar. • Good pleasing personality with excellent communication, planning, organization, interpersonal and presentation skills. • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently; detail-oriented; self-motivated. • Must have the ability to exercise good judgment in stressful situations with thoughtfulness and diplomacy. • Track record of successful sales • Valid Qatar driving license is a must.
